Corinne Miller

Corinne Miller is Founder & Principal Consultant at Innovating Results! where she consults, trains, facilitates & coaches on innovation; communication - specializing in virtual communications; and learning & development.

By leveraging her real world experiences from a 30-year career across large-scale, cross-functional, global, complex environments spanning engineering, learning & development, program management, business operations, quality, and innovation -- she delivers an unparalleled service to Fortune 500 companies.

Corinne has held both line and staff leadership positions at Motorola, Rockwell International, Northrop Defense Systems, and TRW. She led several innovative high-tech product development efforts as well as large-scale change efforts in program management and business operations.

With a passion for employee learning and development, in 2002 Corinne joined Motorola University, where she assumed increasing levels of responsibility culminating as Director. She utilized her previous line experience to introduce increase client satisfaction, reduce costs, and gain tangible business results.

Her learning measurement approach was published in Chief Learning Officer (CLO) Magazine, May 2007 and her innovations articles, “Innovation: Nature and Nurture” and “The Leadership Conundrum” were published in CLO Magazine January 2008 and March 2009, respectively.

Corinne was awarded 2009 Faculty of the Year at Lake Forest Corporate Education and teaches "Executive Business Skills" (Communication) in the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management MBA program.

Corinne holds a BS, Mathematics & Computer Science from the University of Illinois, Chicago and a Master of Science  in Communication (MSC) from Northwestern University where she focused on organizational problem solving and multi-cultural communication. She is a certified innovation facilitator, trainer, and coach.
